Quality heritage styled suites and cottages set amidst fragrant expansive cottages gardens in a village type setting. Situated in a quiet sea side lane in the historic town of Swansea in Tasmania. These beautifully appointed suites and 1/2/3 bedroom fully self catering cottages offer the charm and grace of yesteryear combined with the homely comforts of today. Each has a lovely country decor, with queen size beds with romantic lace bed canopies and log fires in some. This property also features a unique spa bedroom suite and cottage with spa upstairs in the attic bedroom. Breakfast can be enjoyed on your own veranda amongst the fragrant cottage gardens before choosing from the extensive array of things to see and do. From your cottage, wander over the bank for a spot of fishing, stroll along the beach, have a swim, or a game of tennis,a bicycle ride, or history walk before dropping into a coffee lounge/wine bar, gallery or museum before visiting a diverse range of restuarants or award winning attractions including the historic Swansea Bark Mill and Bakery/Cafe/Tavern and Kates Berry Farm. This is a superb location and ideal base, adjacent to Freycinet National Park, from which to marvel at the scenery and explore all that this coast has too offer. With so much choice be sure to allow enough time for your stay.

Getting there:
Swansea Cottages is situated in the township of Swansea on the central east coast of Tasmania. It is situated 500 metres north of the Post Office in Franklin St ( On the Tasman Highway) We are equi distance from both Hobart and Launceston airports being 117 kms. or 1 1/2 hrs from both.

Check-in Procedure:
Guests arriving AFTER 6.00pm are required to telephone the property (in advance) to arrange an after hours check-in time.

Car parking:
Free off street car parking is available and adjacent to your suite or cottage.

Child Policy:
Children are most welcome. Children 2 - 17years inclusive No charge for children less than 2 years age using existing linen. Baby cot and linen are available for extra charge of $16 per night
