Located in the heart of town, the hotel has a good view over the Great Oyster Bay. Unfortunately, we did not stay long enough in the hotel to enjoy the view as Swansea was only a short stopover in our road trip.

Basic motel that is well located in Swansea. Good value for money. Has some issues about water quality for drinking.
Excellent view of beach and lovely room.. Would stay again....
They were very friendly at reception. There was a boil water advisory in Swansea and we could not drink the water (buy bottled water before getting to Swansea as it was very expensive to buy from reception). We were able to rent a DVD from the hotel for $3 (there was a DVD player in the room).
Basic rooms but clean and the beach is outside the door. Close to town facilities and a easy drive to Coles bay and the national park.
