Swell Resort Burleigh Beach

Thank you to Swell for a wonderful Christmas stay. This was a wonderful family holiday. Booked a two bedroom apartment and ended up being upgraded to a 3 bedroom penthouse. Well kept and maintained facilities and extra friendly staff. My family of five loved it. Great pool too!! Only a walk across the road to the beach shops and coffee shops. Not far from Robina shopping either!!! Would recommend this to all. Thanks again!

A pleasant stay. Modern facilities and good location. King size bed as comfortable, but no TV in bedrom (didn't worry us, but was advertised). 2-seater lounge was a bit small, 3-seater would have been better (and would have fit easily).

The staff were great when booking as never got our booking and quickly found room for us and matter was all solved next day. Motel is in great lcation close to lot of things.

I thought this was a serviced apartment - in fact it is self contained - which means you don't get a service on a daily basis - not convenient if you are busy. And, the resort is not on the beach side of the highway.

Book in procedure excellent. Pleasant helpful staff. Could not fault the unit although I did lose my way attempting to get out.

Excellent location, units are clean, fresh and well equipped. For breakfast or lunch try The Pantry, would have to be one of the best cafes on the coast. Staff at Swell were polite and helpful, my unit over the pool had a lovely view right through to the ocean.

The 2 Bedroom apartment that we stayed in at Swell Resort was absolutely beautiful. We will definately be coming back in the future.

We had a very pleasant stay at Swell Resort. The location is outstanding, close to everything whilst being a lot quieter than Surfers. Our one bedroom Apartment was quite spacious and was serviced twice during our 18 night stay. Staff were pleasant, the pool was sensational and the temperature of the water was mild. The gym was great also. Would definately recommend Swell and we will certainly stay there again.

Excellent position and price and we werre thrilled at how much better the hotel was from how it looked on the website and that its website does not do it justice we would definetely stay there again.

Carpet was dirty and gym equipment was broken. Apart from these everthing else was ok but not 4.5 star as advertised.

The only issue we had with this resort was the queen bed. They were two single beds joined together and you could feel the join in the middle plus the beds were VERY firm. The facilities and staff were wonderful and location fantastic.

The swell resort is a combined private resident and public accomodation apartment complex. The facilities were great, clean, modern and the room size (family) was more than adeuqate. The court yard on the ground floor (level 2) provided a great extension of the living space with rear exit to pool, BBQ and spa. Will definately visit again.

We ended up spending an hour on the road christmas morning but the staff were very apologetic there actually was a small electrical fire. Apart from that i would happily stay again Lovely place well equiped

This accommodation was in a good location with quick and easy access to shops and the beach. Both were in walking distance. The hotel room was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy and security was very good. You needed a special key fob to activate the lifts and to enter the car park. All in all it was a very nice place to stay and we would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Security here needs review. A key is required to access apartment. Swipe card is required to access lift and a beeper is required to gain entry into the car park. Very complicated!!! On check out i misplaced the Ving swipe card to access the lift. I was charged @$20.00 to replace this card. The value of this magnetic stiped card would be about 50 cents or less. No other Hotel i have stayed at have ever charged a fee for replacement. This ended what had been a pleasant stay here. Very poor customer relations!!! Would not stay here just on protest..
