You can choose from 1, 2 and 2+1 Family Fully self contained holiday apartments. All rooms have fully ducted air conditioning, colour TV''''''''s and Dvd''''''''s, direct dial phones and state of the art fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Laundry facilities include washing machine, dryer and iron.

Apartments all have balconys or courtyards with lovely views of the recreation areas or of the ocean.

Swell is equiped with security controls to entry doors, garage and lifts, with undercover security car parking and on-site management.
