"The staff are friendly and very helpful, although there was a lack of tourist information which was something of a problem. The location of the hotel means that you have to use the hotel bus service which is not very frequent, or use a taxi to get anywhere, there are no shops or restaraunts within walking distance. It would seem that the hotel is undergoing some renovation so the situation may improve in the future." - Christopher Dennis

"Overall a nice place for couples but definitely not for singles. The hotel rooms are serviced apartment style rooms. Service is very friendly although some of the staff really struggled with language. Location wise it's a bit detached from everything else which will suit some people and not others.
