"A very quaint and cute hotel in the heart of chinatown, very accessible to the prime spots in KL. Room was very neat and clean.. The bathroom was a tad too small, but the rest of the service made up for it. The buffet bfast is wonderful! The only negative point was that the tourdesk at the hotel trickd us into a city tour that was basically just providing transport without a guide. So PLS do not use the hotel city tour service!" - Rajan S N
