Swiss-Belhotel Bay View Nusa Dua

Swiss Bay Hotel rooms are spacious and very nice to stay. Swimming pool at terrace is very nice.

The hotel room was excellent but the view from the room was not as nice since the location is quite far from the beach. Friendly staff and excellent facilities.

we really enjoyed our time at Swiss Belhotel. Service was great - nothing was too hard for the staff there. We arrived early in the morning and they let us check in, we got upgraded from deluxe room to the 1 bedroom suite. The people were lovely. Breakfast was nice enough. Room was clean. They even made us up a breakfast box for us to take with us on the morning we left as we had an early flight and would have missed out on breakfast otherwise. It is pretty far from anything but the views are beautiful, plus they have free shuttle buses running to kuta and the beach daily. we will definitely be coming back!

Breakfast Buffet was lousy. I've been staying there for 4 days and they provide the same food everyday. Buffet serves from 7:30 to 10:30am and by 9:30am there's not much food left and no replenish from the kitchen only noodles. Receptionist was not fantastic, I booked for a cab with a female receptionist and she went off duty without telling the next person who is taking over her shift. I have waiting 1/2 hour for a cab who fetch a guest to the hotel. Other then the food and services, Room cleanliness is fantastic and the guys cleaning the room are very friendly and courteous. Nice view from the Sky Terrace.

the selection of breakfast is very poor. only several choices and the staffs from the restaurant should learn to serve guests with more attitude....but overall....this hotel is good (considerably with the price).the room is great! i would recommend this hotel to friends

The staff are friendly and very helpful, although there was a lack of tourist information which was something of a problem. The location of the hotel means that you have to use the hotel bus service which is not very frequent, or use a taxi to get anywhere, there are no shops or restaraunts within walking distance. It would seem that the hotel is undergoing some renovation so the situation may improve in the future.

The best thing I like is their confortable bed, it really helps me to recover from the day times journery walk. It is also nice the they have a nice view endless swimming poor. We really enjoy the time in swiss belhotel bay view nusa dua.

Overall a nice place for couples but definitely not for singles. The hotel rooms are serviced apartment style rooms. Service is very friendly although some of the staff really struggled with language. Location wise it's a bit detached from everything else which will suit some people and not others. Cleanliness was OK (lots of dust everywhere). There was a lot of renovations going on at the time.
