"Check-in staff took about 20 mins to locate our reservation. The outdoor breakfast area was exposed to morning sun, too hot. This is not good. Hotel should so something about it. Kitchen/cafe staff was not enthusiatic about service, probably overworked over the weekend holidays. The location is actually excellent with good facilities but the standard of this resort need upgrading. Old rooms are of mediocre standard, walls and corridors are simply paint finish. "Official check in time is 3 pm but our room only ready by 4.30 pm. Also no towels in the room and have to call twice to get them. Also limited parking spaces. Good location (10 minutes drive from town) and the beach very nearby. Kids has lots of fun with the hermit crabs on the beach." - LAW YONG THIAN
