Swissotel Berlin

This was probably the best hotel i have ever stayed in and i have travelled quite a lot. The staff could not do enough for you without being overly smothering. The bar food was great the breakfast amazing, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The whole atmosphere and feel of the hotel was one of class. We intend to return to Berlin again and there is no where else i would stay it was a fantastic location.

Good location with nearby underground, on a lively shopping street with cafes for those who like them. Rooms fairly large, neat and quiet. Personnel were very helpful.

This was a surprisingly good place to stay with the fantastic staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. On- site. restaurant although nice not the sort of place you would eat every night. I would happily stay here again if ever in Berlin.

staff and the level of service at the swissotel, Berlin were excellent and provided above average service. The facilities including free wifi in the lobby area was also an advantage for us.

Very convenient location, rooms are OK, staff at the reception 1st class. A very good restaurant in the hotel (not the cheapest one).

An excellent hotel, cool and relatively minimalist (which I like): good food and service, and usually a bargain. I have no hesitation in returning and recommending to others

The whole experience was delightful from the moment we checked in until our departrure. The standard of service was superb with a pleasant and efficient staff at every level from Reception staff to chambermaid. We had used the Swissotel on a previous visit and if anything the experience was even more memorable.

Great location if you are looking to stay in Western Berlin, in easy walking distance of the major "Zoo" train station (and right at the Kurfurstendamm station). The desk staff was very friendly and helpful to me, putting in an international call to the U.S. to clear up a problem caused by the overzealous security computer at my credit card company.

Very nice and helpful staff. An excellent lounge on the ninth floor. Great hotel and location. We will be back.

Great location for main shopping area, close to other amenities and areas of interest (e.g. Tiergarten)

Staying at the Swissotel in Berlin was an extremely satisfying experience. The attention to detail and service was extraordinary. They really know how to look after their guests. I highly recommend this hotel.

An exceptionally good hotel. Perfectly placed for shopping on the Ku'damm - and a good position for exploring the rest of Berlin. The service was excellent; the room spotless and comfortable, with a good view; and the food in the restaurant was truly wonderful.
