Very enjoyable stay - the executive lounge has to be the best I've encountered in terms of service, support, refreshments. A great place to do business out of.
We were given a room on a smoking floor and did not like this. They sprayed the room and it was better but still not acceptalble for a non smoker
the hotel is clean. front desk service staff is good and fast when check-in and check-out. the gym is nice with sufficient equipment for a good workout. the coffee house serves very nice congee and noodles.
As always, this hotel provides friendly and efficient service. I always enjoy staying here. Very close to underground station, therefore very good access to Bangkok.
Very close to the Huai Kwang MRT. The room is great and clean. The package I've gotten did not come with breakfast so I couldn't comment on it.
I have been going to this hotel for some years. Each time it just that little bit not so good as the time before, which is a pity. The last time I went I was greated with a "welcome backl" which was a nice touch. The location is excellent - almsot nextdoor to a subway stop. It was really convenient for the old Don Muang airport, but not so bad for the new airport either. They really do need to clean the windows more often though.
The hotel offers good value for money, breakfast was very good, a huge spread. Fitness facilities were adequate for a workout, rooms were very comfortable. Perhaps the only negative comment is that I thought the temparature in lobby and breakfast area was a bit cold but this may have been because outside was overcast and windy.I would choose to stay here again.
