Swissotel Nai Lert Park Bangkok Guest Reviews

4 out of 5

Swimming pool was very nice, room was really spacious and clean, stuff was very attentive. Swimming pool closes at 8pm, so that generally you can't use it after a day walk around Bangkok, that was a disappointment. And be ready to be charged for wi-fi (only 1 hour free for the whole stay).

Whilst the Hotel is what I rate one with typical warmth of Thailand. I encountered problem with checking at point of arrival at 4pm on our first (arrival) day. Reason : The check in staff could not locate my booking and they told me I'm lucky as they still have the rooms like I wanted (per my booking slip printed out of hotelclub.com website). They went on informing me of the rate they will be charging me, which is higher than the one I paid Hotelclub.com of course! I obviously refused that and insisted on checking in per my hotel club booking and will not make anymore payment than what I've paid hotel club. About 45 minutes later, the wiser of the reception staff allowed me the checking in, saying that she will check with the reservation department later. I wrote to hotelclub.com customer service division and till today receives no response Hotel Club.. Hello! This is for you to answer. Thank You.

Best 5 star hotel with resort facilities in Bangkok. Close to all shopping centres and night life for an affordable price.

We had a very unexpected but an extremely enjoyable stay at the Nai Lert Park - needed to be near the British Embassy in Bangkok for the issuing of an urgent replacement passport. If you are looking for the luxury of a 5* with an excellent outdoor pool and loads of room to sunbath all the way through the day then this is where you should stay. The staff are lovely and very helpful and the facilites are good quality. Due to it's location there are alot of business travellers here so it's best to head down Sukhumvit Road for evening festivities then stay in the hotel.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience on our first visit to Bangkok. Unlike most other big city hotels it is not a multistorey tower block and is set in lovely grounds with a large swimming pool. Some distance from the main tourist areas but quite close to the sky-train which is the best way to travel. Staff very polite and friendly.

Location of hotel was not too bad. Takes about 5 min to walk to Central Chidlom, a department store, and you will find a Skytrain station there. Otherwise, you can take the shuttle service. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was helpful. The breakfast buffett spread was quite good. Hotel pool was pretty. Enjoyed the yoga class and also massage at their fitness centre.

Very hip hotel. Great breakfast & beautiful gardens/pool. Feels like a bit of an oasis in the heart of chaos. The only not so positive was the shower wasn't that great.

Refurbished hotel. Pool and garden - a real city oasis. In-house restaurants of a very high standard.

This is a fantastic Oasis in a city that is hot, busy, and sometimes grimey, a refreshing place to come back to after a hard days shopping. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to recomend it to anybody. Good location, 5 mins walk to Skytrain.

We were pleased to find that the hotel continues to offer the same quality service as when it was a Hilton Hotel. The location is excellent - within walking distance of some of the best shopping in Bangkok and the garden setting makes you forget you are in a noisy, dirty city. We would continue to recommend it!
