Swissotel The Stamford Singapore

The hotel location is perfect. Room is clean and comfort. Highly recommend to stay in the Classic Harbour View room.

Very nice hotel, will definately stay again.

Staffs were attentive and observant to details, room was clean, location was good but found that the tv in the room is very small compared to other 5 stars hotels and there was no complimentary parking with a charge of $25 per day.

Wonderful friendly service, great location. Superb food at Equinox...don't miss it, or the view.

Great views from executive floor, room good though the bathroom was a bit dated and marble cracked. Breakfast in the lounge was only OK not much variety, but very convenient. Have stayed here many times so overall very happy. The location and view are the main attractions.

We arrived very early before our allowed check in time, but the staff were very friendly and had our room ready at 10:15am. The location is perfect for public transport to/from airport, as well as getting around the rest of the city. The restaurants are quite expensive, but you pay for the view. Underground tunnels of countless food halls and shopping districts are at your doorstep. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Singapore for a shopping/eating holiday!

I go with my wife and two children. I have booked a grand room with 1 king bed. Basically the room is for 3 person but the room is really big and is no problem for us. The location is really good as the MRT station (City Hall Station) is just at basement. The facilities is ok just a little bit old. I will stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.

very busy hotel when i was there but all the staff still gave me all the attention and more and ultimately were very generous to my needs even as i was checking out

Clean, central and reliable. The staff were very helpful to us, both in organising internet access afterhours (to check on the Brisbane floods) and a late check-out. This was a repeat stay and I'll definitely book again.

The Swissotel Stamford in Singapore is always professional, courteous and on the two times we have stayed there, were upgraded both times to a bigger room. The rooms are large, clean and fairly modern and our only gripe is perhaps there should be more provision for wifi in the rooms. Highly recommend staying here for the location (close to Raffles Place and Marina Bay and only 4 stops to Orchard on the MTR).

Stayed at Swissotel Stamford over the F1 weekend - tip: ask for a classic harbour view room for awesome views! Excellent location for F1 track views.

Good front desk services. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was quite big but there is only one chair. A sofa would be good to have.

very good hotel ,we stayed in Executive room ,worth the money as you can get the executive lounge and amenities .great views from room across the city and river area .Staff very good and go out of their way to make sure things are right will stay there again when in Singapore

PLUS POINTS : Spacious embience, speedy checkin and checkout, impressive speed of lifts to high floors, staff friendly and helpful, lovely room, nice food, good locality. MINUS POINTS : Cleaning staff were seen chatting/squating along the room corridor, utility/storage room was wide open alot of time which was not a good sight. OVERALL : Very good stay

Swissotel Stamford is an excellent, strategic location for visiting Singapore. It is right on top of City Hall MRT, which provides access to/from the airport and everywhere else in the city. We were in Singapore to see CATS at the Esplanade, and this was a pleasant 5 minute walk. There is great eating and shopping in various malls right downstairs or in a nearby church complex that's been converted to a cool eating area. The rooms are clean but a bit tired. We had problems with the AC, but the hotel was very responsive in servicing it. We were generally very pleased with the hotel.

Stayed in the executive club - was a little disappointed by the quality of product for a hotel of this status. Cold breakfast for example is not what one would expect from a Swissotel. Other than the quality of the executive club the hotel in some areas seemed a little tired. Great location but price wise maybe not so good - fairly typical of Singapore though.

We had a very pleasant stay. The service was excellent. All staff were polite and quick to respond to any requests. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
