"Room ok once window opened to air the first night. Bar Fridge full of towels to soak up defrosting, assume previous guest turned thermostat down, because ok afterwards. The Hotel has 24-hour reception, guest kitchen, coin-operated laundry, free cable TV, free guest internet terminal, and wireless access from $4 for 1 hour to $20 for 24 hours. Centrally located in city, close to Central Station for transport, and close to city shopping, Chinatown, Darling Harbour. Walk to all city attractions.

| Check-in Procedure: |
Check-in from 2pm. Luggage can be stored if the guest arrives before his/her room is ready. No access permitted to rooms before 8am. If early check-in is required, the room should be booked from the previous night.
Payment in full must be made upon check-in. Your credit card should be provided for the Hotel to make a 'swipe' for any incidentals. Alternatively, the guest will be asked for a $100 "security" deposit. Please be aware of strict "No Visitor" policy. |
| Car Parking: |
Car parking tickets are available from the Hotel for the Wilson Car Park, Goulburn Street (3-minute walk). $20 for 1-day ticket (24 hours), or $38 for a 2-day ticket purchased from the Hotel. These tickets allow multiple entry and exit! Guests are advised to read the conditions of entry to the carpark. The Hotel is not responsible for misuse of the parking ticket/s.
