Good food, great location, excellent staff. But we couldn't get a King bed, had to take 2 double beds and they are definitely not queen size.
The view and the staff are amazing here. The room was booked for 3 adults, no where near big enough and we were told we were being upgraded to one bedroom suite, but it was still just a one room and seperate bathroom. Paid a big price for an average size room. Bathroom needed maintanance as shower tiles were peeling as were the walls. Dissapointed as previous stay there was perfect.

We booked for 4 guests but when we checked in were given a room with only 1 king bed - after calling and taking all our stuff back downstairs we were given a room with 2 doubles. The toilet had a problem flushing and then constantly ran which we heard all night long so it was lucky that we got got back to the room in the early hours! Also we used the valet parking and on the booking page it says that it is at a cost of $35 - it was actually $45; however it was great location - so close to the harbour but also Martin Place and Pitt St Mall. I would stay here again.
The hotel and location was great. The downside was the cost for 1 night for 1 person being $370 and I had to pay $45 to park my car.
excellent location close to circular quay
Excellent stay again. The hotel is walking distance to Circular Quay, Opera House, Rocks Area and Pitt Street shopping.
Very impressed with staff and also location of this hotel. Price was also excellent as it included breakfast for 2.
A great hotel very friendly service excellent will definatley recommend to friends and stay their again.
Booked room online for 4 adults, advert said 1 king bed or 2 doubles. Assuming that they would accomodate for the four of us. We arrived to one king bed, I asked the staff if there were anything they could do as 4 of us now have to share a bed they rudely said no "its no guarantee" no apology or sorry for inconveniance. I got upset as it was booked for my good friends 21st birthday, and I assumed we were getting this treatment due to our age and perhaps they have had some trouble making young adults previously. I stated if this were 4 elderly people the scenario would be different, so he then arranged for a roll out bed for us which we were very grateful for. However it never arrived so we had to share a bed and sleep on the floor, there were only 2 towels for the four of us so we had to order more. It was just really bad, thankfully the birthday girl had a great night anyway but it was def no thanks to the horrible staff, she was lucky we gave up the bed for her!
I enjoyed my stay here as the position was superb - so close to circular quay and the action around the harbour end of Sydney.
Most beautiful view we had of the Opera House just as I had requested. Close to Circular Quay so we had a view of the water also. Staff were all professional & friendly & willing to help with any enquiry.
Excellent Hotel with all amenities. Only suggestion could be to include a DVD player in rooms.
All the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful. Our late check out was a boon and helped round off a very pleasant stay at the hotel.
In terms of location - very good. Service in the late night bar in the lobby was exceptional. Reception staff on arrival not so good - too busy trying to upgrade us for more money and a little unfriendly. I expected something flasher for $300pn. Room cleanliness was good but we did find an old pair of underwear hanging under the sink in the bathroom. Only 2 teabags & little packet milks. Valet staff went to great effort to secure taxis for us and were very friendly. On arriving home after our stay I found a $200 deduction from my credit card on my statement (rooms had been paid for in advance) - on enquiring I was told a surety of $200 is taken & returned within 5 days if the room was OK. I have no problem with this BUT I wasn't old about which for some may be a serious budget issue. Maybe the receptionist should have focussed more on telling me about this sort of detail rather than trying to upgrade me... We won't be rushing back but there was nothing really wrong with it either..
good location excellent service.room a bit on small side
Nicely presented and well appointed hotel. Our room on 10th floor was spacious with very comfortable beds. We found the hotel extremely convenient to Circulary Quay and The Rocks Area which was fabulous for a short stay as it was a short walk to all the interesting spots. Service was very good.
hotel is in an awsome location easy to get anywhere. well attended rooms. nice and cozy. very polite, friendly, happy and helpfull staff. food from room service was lovely and well proportioned. My partner and myself cant wait to come back. Smiles all round :D
Courteous and helpful Staff. Enjoyed our stay. Singapore Sling Cocktail very poor effort.
An excellent location, however the valet parking service was quite expensive.
I was expecting more from the brand. I was somewhat disappointed.
