"Office staff were friendly and spoke good English (very helpful), the room and ensuite were clean and 'cosy', (no remote control for TV), but carpets and common areas were in need of a clean and upgrade, the lift worked but was old, dirty and a little noisy. Very good access to the tram which took us to The Hague & Delft quickly and easily. Easy access to the beach and boulevade with plenty of places to eat, but cool weather meant we didn't spend much time there." - Anonymous
