So far so good, They really deliver what they say, like i requested a baby cot for my 7mos. daughter thru the internet. I love their good service i requested a couple of pillows and they deliver it right away. My wife got an insect bite and i call up the operator and transfer me to the clinic and they sent a nurse right away to treat the insect bite. I really love their good service. PS Thanks again to the staff of Taal Vista Hotel Tagaytay.

OurRM478 overlooking Taal Lake, new wing &view magnificant! The rm very long walk 2the reception&resto.Don't book this room n bad weather asthe view completely whiteout.There is not much2do n the hotel,gym is 2ndrate, there is only one resturant&the hotel is more geared 2events such as company functions&weddings. The pool&gym are n the old wing ahike away from our room. I liked the atmosphere&historical status of the hotel is it's strongest asset after location. Our room had plumbing problems (intermittent sometimes nothing) the water was not so hot, bed was hard&the room oversized for the furnishings. Couldafitted a dining table inthat place. No bathrobe was provided&when we ordered extra towels they wanted to charge us? When we arrived they had no record of our booking&had 2negotiate another rate, n which case we were able 2upgrade 2the view with40%discount on the rated, paid P6300 per night&they nvr acknowledged our P509dep which we paid HotelClub?
