"Nice hotel, better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in. I think it was a bargain.
Good breakfast.
If you are going to Tainan on the Taiwan HSR train take the free shuttle bus to Dailin and take a taxi from the bus stop. It is about NT$150 to the hotel.

Exit from the National F/Wy, take the Tainan City direction,drive to Donmen Round-about. Take the Fu-Chien Road exit and driving straight down to Shi Men Road Section 2, make a left. Then,a right turn after 2 traffic lights to Yong-Hua Road, about 3 minutes to Tainan City Hall at the right and make a left turn at first traffic light and TPS is just located there.
