Taipung Suites offers 103 guestrooms and suites on 6 floors. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase views of the city skyline. Contemporary-style décor with a fantastic garden on top floor. Open all day and serving buffet breakfasts, lunch, afternoon tea, hors dfoeuvres or a la carte dinner on you choice at our La Pausa Restaurant which has full-view floor windows. A 24-hour self-service business centre contains four laptops with high-speed Internet access. A free-pass fitness centre are open around the clock.

Getting there:
Exit from the National F/Wy, take the Tainan City direction,drive to Donmen Round-about. Take the Fu-Chien Road exit and driving straight down to Shi Men Road Section 2, make a left. Then,a right turn after 2 traffic lights to Yong-Hua Road, about 3 minutes to Tainan City Hall at the right and make a left turn at first traffic light and TPS is just located there. Nice hotel, better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in. I think it was a bargain. Good breakfast. If you are going to Tainan on the Taiwan HSR train take the free shuttle bus to Dailin and take a taxi from the bus stop. It is about NT$150 to the hotel. I will stay at the Taipung Suites again when I am in Tainan.

A really great place to stay, not too big but modern, large rooms and excellent facilities and service (except no pool). Outstanding value with fabulous buffet breakfast and broadband included. Not in city centre but walkable (20 min) or taxis are v cheap. Close to a shopping centre and several restaurants. Would definately recommend and return.

Nice sized rooms laid out to a good specification. Away from the centre but taxis are cheap so worth the slight inconvenience

Located on the west bank of the river it's quite removed from the city center. However, the rooms are very spacious and stylish. Breakfast offers a vast choice of food and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Service is impeccable and best of all, rooms are offered at a very competitive price.
