Getting there:We are off the Princess Highway in the service road, opposite the Colquhoun Forest 8km Melbourne side of Lakes Entrance.If coming from Melbourne , once you reach Swan Reach you have another 6km to go-follow highway,go past Nungurner turnoff and about 300m further on their is a right hand turn lane,turn here. If coming from Canberra/Sydney drive through Lakes Entrance,go up the hill on the other side, you now have about 5 km to go.You will pass a Caltex service station on your left,you have 1km from this point,you will go round a sweeping left hand bend,turn left at the left hand turn bay just past this bend.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in is after 2.00pm. Please ring if you are going to be later than 8.00pm. Photo ID is required.

Child Policy:If below 2 years old extra $5 per night with own bedding. A nice quiet place about 5minutes drive from Lakes Entrance. A little run down, but clean.

Tambo Lodge was a nice place to stay in. John was very friendly and informative. Especially in regards to recommending a very enjoyable cruise, which we would have been unaware of if he didn't mention it.
Only negative is that its situated out of the town area. The grounds are immaculate and we enjoyed the birdlife. Very happy to stay there again and recommend it to others
