Tanjung Rhu Resort Langkawi

We had a fantastic time in the Tanjung Rhu, we went for the all inclusive package and I would recommend this as there are no shops, restaurants close by. The food is excellent, with lots of choice. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful, they make the resort really special. The beach is beautiful and the resort is kept very clean. We will definitely return to the Tanjung Rhu, I can understand now why people return year after year.

Good service, friendly staffs , worth the value.

A delightful resort set into the bush alongside a beautiful beach. Very comfortablr rooms and beds. Three good restaurants but the premier one, the RHU, is very overpriced for what you get. The other two are far better value and the food is equally as good. The manager of the Sands dining room, Mr Samberi I., is a most pleasant ans accomodating gentleman. He made every meal his personal responsibiity and his staff are some of the best we have ncountered. This is our third stay at the Tanjung RHu and we will definitely be returning. Originaly a full five star but time has taken its toll and it is now about three and a half stars but still a very good resort for resting and relaxing. The Lagoon pool, one of three pools, would be an asset to ant establishment, just delightful

This was the most perfect hotel. We loved it. Staff when out of there way to help us. If you email them your flight details they will pick you up from the airport free of charge. We paid for the all included package and it is so worth it. The hotel is so well keeped. We told them it was our honeymoon and they gave us presents. Pack you bag's and book this hotel.

Very pleaseant environment. Efficient staff. Excellend food. Best value is to take the full board package. Hotel restaurants are excellent and full board package allows unlimited access to all restaurants (unlike often practice in hotels of restriction to a buffet only, with restaurants extra.)

Tanjung Rhu Resort is a true holiday paradise - the best location, wonderful staff, delicious food, total peace and relaxation. Your every need is met in a stylish, efficient and no fuss way. The rooms are magnificent - large, well furnished with granite bathrooms We will definitely be returning next year but for a much longer stay this time!

Very nice location, the hotel blends nicely within the environment. Very friendly staff, Good cuisine, a very good choice for a relaxing vacation.

On arrival we did not get our ocean view room that we had paid for, but once bringing it to the attention of staff were were allocated the rooom that we had paid for. All inclusive package is a must if staying here. Restaurants, pools and beach are excellent.

This hotel has what is probably the best pool and beach in Langkawi. Thoroughly recommended.

Many hotels are 5* rated but fail to live up to their rating, not the Tanjung Rhu. If you are looking for a relaxing beach resort hotel with all the top-class facilities, my wife and I would recommend the Tanjung Rhu to you.

Exellent food in all variations from Italian style till covering all versions of Far East food, wonderful Spa area, fantasit hotel.

Excellent beach ... undoubtedly the best in Langkawi and there is a lot of privacy which means the resort is just excellent for honeymooners.

The location is one of the best. The beach is isolated and quiet. We stayed on the all inclusive package which I would recommend unless you hire a car and are able to get out and about. The staff are very friendly and the service excellent. We thought the rooms were on the dark side and a little tired. Internet access was free.

Cannot recommend the resort highly enough. The service was excellent but also personal and the live music was a very nice touch.

Beautiful, paradise-like resort by a beautiful secluded beach. More low key than the neighbor resort. We found the hotel more beautiful and genuine; colonial style, with dark wooden materials and light rough fabrics. The view is breathtaking. The food in the resort's resaurants is excellent. The all-inclusive deal is very good, as it lets you chose any meal and any (non-alcoholic) drink from all the resort's four restaurants - even the gourmet restaurant. Room service etc is also included. The staff are genuinely very friendly. We give the hotel our best recommendations.

Our stay was just excellent. The staff were very attentive and polite, and we felt very well taken care off. It is a hotel/resort that we have no problems with recommending to other people.
