Te Moenga Lodge is a luxury retreat just a few minutes from the centre of Taupo providing the best view of Lake Taupo guaranteed! As you drive up the private driveway and enter the delightful Lodge, be prepared to stand back and allow a few seconds to take in the breath taking view. Our two private Chalets are very spacious, well equipped with true attention to detail. The two Studio rooms, with garden outlooks, have the added benefit of an extremely comfortable guest lounge, dining room and outdoor terrace with BBQ, all with the former mentioned views. Your Hosts, Brent and Jacque offer first class, friendly and efficient service, no request is too much trouble for us. A visit to Te Moenga Lodge is one to cherish for years to come, you'll find it hard to beat the view, quality service and accommodation on offer.

Getting there:At Acacia Bay shops take first right Reeves Road, travel to the very top of this road and you will be at Te Moenga Lodge.

Car parking:Excellent safe off street parking available. Plenty of space for trailers, vans boats etc.
Child Policy:Children 2-14 yrs OK to stay at $50 per extra. Babies in cot no charge.
Beautiful location and views. We were upgraded to a chalet. The owners were very friendly.
Somewhere different somewhere special. Great position looking across at Taupo - evening views especially good. We were up graded to a chalet which was very large and spacious. A very pleasant host and wonderful breakfast hamper. For somewhere a little different and special we recommend you visit.

Beautiful location overlooking Lake Taupo, very friendly host, small TV, but who goes away to watch TV anyway!
It has been a delight and pleasure to stay at Te Moenga. The spacious cabin and its priceless view on to the lake has left us exceptionally pleased. Very nice and considerate hosts!!!

Was not aware it was a Bed and Breakfast home stay type setup. From the listing I thought it would be motel or hotel type accommodation. However, very welcoming, very friendly and very comfortable.
