Staff was excellent, overall the experience was enjoyable. I didn't like the noise of the fridge in the room over night (we had to switch it off in the end). Nice touch with the the 4 cd's. Maybe you will consider getting an iPod charger in the room (anyone has an iPod these days). Thanks!
Excellent choice. Extremely clean, very friendly, great location.
Each room is furnished with a king double bed or two king single beds along with a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. There is also a desk for you to write your postcards, CD player, with a small selection of CD's and SKY TV. The bathroom is spacious and you have a choice of a separate shower and a luxurious bath. Toiletries are supplied along with fluffy towels, and a hairdryer. In your room you will also find an iron and ironing board to satisfy the most fastidious dresser
Very nice hotel centrally located in Fox Glacier. Modern, spacious and clean rooms (some with decent views over the town). Helpful owner with plenty of advice and suggestions for activities, eating out etc etc. Breakfast was good although it could start a bit earlier. Only real downside is the cost - its expensive for what it is! If you can get a decent rate go for it.
Most impressed with this Inn. Everything was done to make the guests feel at home and the breakfast included in the pricing was brilliant. Most impressed and would recomend this hotel to any travellers.
This hotel was in an excellent position, with good facilities and service. Afternoon drinks by the fire to greet guests was a good way to mix with the other guests. Comes highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the hotel manager. Complimentary evening drinks a great idea to meet other guests and staff. Great food served in the restaurant.
Our innkeeper, was absolutely the most friendly, helpful and hospitable person we met on our wonderful visit to New Zealand. Will recommend the inn to our friends.
