Our forty-eight Executive bedrooms have been designed creatively with the needs of the modern traveller in mind. All have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with power showers. Four of our Executive rooms have additional disabled facilities. Our room rate is from £65 room only with breakfast an extra £10 per person.

A lot of thought and care has gone into creating our air conditioned bedrooms. A palette of calming colours and textures provide each room with a warm richness. You can stay well-connected via television, twin telephones or the internet (free when using your own laptop). Personal safes, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers, tea, coffee and shortbread are provided in every room. Allergy-free duvets and pillows ensure everyone gets the best night's sleep. Bathrooms have the clean feel of your own personal spa. And should you fancy a snack at any time, room service is on hand day and night.
Please note that, in line with the present Scottish legislation, smoking is banned in ten hill place hotel in all public areas and rooms.

From the West and Airport
Travelling east from the M8, take the A8 keeping to the right hand lane. This will take you through the underpass. Follow signs for City Centre for approximately 4.5 miles. You will see The Caledonian Hotel on the right hand side. This is the beginning of Princes Street and is restricted to public transport, meaning you cannot drive through Princes Street. Turn right at The Caledonian Hotel onto Lothian Road and take the first left onto King Stables Road. Drive to end of this road, taking you to the Grassmarket. Take a left and drive for approximately 200 metres. Take the first turning on your left, Victoria Street and drive to the top. Turn right and drive for approximately 200 metres and turn first left onto Chambers Street. Drive to the bottom and turn right. Drive for approximately 200 metres until you reach The Festival Theatre. Turn left onto Hill Place and ten hill place hotel is on your right at the bottom of Hill Place.
