Teneo Suites Bordeaux

Hotel was 7-10 mins walk from Bordeaux train station. The room was spacious, clean with good facilities. It took us approx 20 minutes to walk to the centre of Bordeaux, although a tram stop that takes you to the cente is approx a 5 minute walk away. Supermarket and pizza shops located close by. It's a good budget place to stay.

a very basic setting with no amenities in a scruffy part of Bordeaux. Adequate , but not a pleasure to stay there.

Stayed here with two friends for the Ireland Rugby Matches in Bordeaux......This was very much a last minute booking and we couldnt have asked for better..... We had two double rooms with ensuite shower bathroom and toilets all of which was very clean (on arrival) .... cleaning services were available but we declined..... These are self serving apartments so as so you dont expect much for the staff.....but they did let me use the reception's internet(which they dont provide though and shouldnt have let me use) Teneo is located ten minutes walk from the main train station, 15 minutes walk from the Place de la Victoire (this has alot of shops and bars) and is only 5 minutes walk from the very effient trams Pricing for last minute was fantastic.....would i go back??? Yes

We stayed here before the Ireland Vs Namibia RWC match (9th Sept 2007) for 2 nights. It suited us because it was not far to walk to the city centre and in particular the Connemara Irish Pub (the real focal point, apart from the match itself, of our stay in Bordeaux). The area near the train station where it is located is not really suitable for families. They quadrupled the normal price for the rugby world cup which was doing the dog on it really. However it was clean and the girl on the reception was friendly and very helpful.
