Check-in Procedure:
Check in time from 14:00-24:00 and check out time is 12:00 Japanese legislation makes it mandatory that you, asa "non-resident foreign guest" present your passport and have it photocopied as well as having your nationality. Luggage can be stored at reception if the guest arrives before room is ready.

PROS: - Very clean - Professional staff - House keeping always called before entering - Free bottled water and great amenities every day. - Free Interent, large flat screen TV - Location: close to large station, which is easy to get to from everywhere, there is also a shopping mall behind it, and another one close by is being built. - Very large room and bathroom. - Mist shower - Air cleaner moisturizer in the room CONS: - A bit old. some renovation, such as modern furniture and new carpets would be good. - Only one English channel, not in HD - Gym, I think you have to pay extra, but I am not sure - Buffet breakfast finishes too early. Not for people enjoying Osaka night life. - Aircon didn't work and I couldn't open windows. - No on site laundry, only service which in my book is extortion. Hotels should be banned from overcharging for laundry service and should provide on sight facilities. Coin laundry was very far away.

A great motel. Stayed here for 3 nights while in Osaka. The room was great, the service great and overall a good experience staying here.
