"Well located close to railway station however poorly signed so time wasted trying to find the street that could be a little intimidating when arriving at night. Duty manager should be awarded gold medal for rudeness and distinct lack of customer assistance and service " - Anonymous

"we stayed here for one night in pisa. very near to station but the street looked like a shady. however the hotel was quite good compared to hotels i stayed in italy. room was clean and air conditioner was small for the room. if you plan to stay for one night in pisa it is a comfortable hotel to be in." - Anonymous
