"The desk clerk was very rude and unhelpful. He appeared to be very overworked which is probably the reason. The breakfast was awfull. The food all tasted old and there was no fruit in the fruit juice. The coffee machine did not work. The bath room had been so over sanitized you could hardly stand the odor. The aircondioning in our room also did not work." - William De Mots
