Terramar Hotel Sitges

A very nice hotel for the price. Location at the end of the promenade is a plus for those who want to avoid crowded town beaches. Very nice stuff. Facilities will need some uplift one day.

staff were exceptionally caring, helpful and freindly. A little way out from the main town but local bus stops right outside hotel every 30 mins for trip to town. Only set back is , it stops at 9 pm but it takes about 20 mins to walk.

The hotel is slightly outdated and some of public places needs to be renovated. However it's kept clean and well maintained. Staff and services are OK. Hotel is situated in the South part of Sitges and youdo not not need to care about parking problems or crowded beaches.

Situation amazing with large rooms and balcony - but a little dated and could do with refurbishment. Food was ok but evening meal could have been more tasty- the buffet was not always fresh and warm. But hotel closed the day we left so perhaps we did not have the best choice of food during our stay. Would return again for location

Very poor food. Decor outdated and a bit tatty in places. Exceptionally clean but maids make a lot of noise very early in the morning and walls very thin so you hear a lot of noise from next door rooms. Staff very friendly. Stuck on its own about 20 mins from centre of town with no restaurants or bars for at least 15 mins walk.

Situated about 20 minute walk from town centre but very convenient for specialist beaches. Rooms large and very comfortable, superior rooms all have sea views. Staff very friendly. Evening meals are buffet style and fine for a couple of days but any longer they would become a little tiresome.

Don't look for modern when you book into the Terramar! It looks like "The Love Boat" 70's cruise show for those of you too young to remember. It is 1970's carpet and dark wood doors/ blue/torcoise tiles on the bathroom leaves a bit to the imagination. However, it is reasonably priced, the staff were all very helpful and the pool area is lovely and chilled out. No running kids going too mad! There is a very handy train that goes up and down the promenade for those who wear high heels of a night out so well worth the €1.60 one-way. Wouldn't recommend however, if you fancy a trip back to the 1970's well worth the booking and if you want to be right on the seafront and all other's are booked then go for it...... A bit of fun!

service and friendliness of the staff were excellent. the location is right on the beach and it is very clean and safe for swimming. however the hotel does need redecoration and the rooms are a little shabby, however not spending too much time in the room we were not too worried about this. the bar/lounge and reception have a wonderful character about them so we would not want it changed. the food is excellent with plenty of choice in the buffet and no-one should leave hungry! I shall go again.

food was ok, but could be better

This hotel is about a twenty minute walk out of the main part of Sitges - we didn't mind that, but some of you looking for a livelier hotel might do. The hotel is really clean but it has retained its 1970s decor - I think that's the great thing about it, but I can imagine it would bother some people. We would certainly use the Terrmar again.

Wonferful view from the balcony! Large, spacious rooms. Just terrible furniture, should be refurnised immediately! Nice and friendly service. ~ scandinavian couple

A fantastic hotel to stay at for the location and the decor of the hotel, it takes you back in years - please don't change it. The rooms are of the right size and well presented. The restaurant is clean and the food is good the staff very friendly. We have visited the hotel twice and will visit the hotel again.

Hotel must have received its 4 stars some time ago. It is in need of a complete refurbishment, espeicially the bathrooms.

Access to front of building not very suitable for people with mobility problems.

The hotel is very old, the forniture is terrible but the people who work there are all lovely! And the location can leave you breathless!!

Hotel needs renovation. The decor, furniture, plumbing, etc very dated.

This hotel represents great value for money for a family of three, the hotel is comfortable, we had a large room with a balcony facing the ocean which was lovely. A great clean & friendly value for money deal - go for it.

Old-style hotel in a great location. Quiet and clean with plenty of space, it has a charm of its own and is well worth a visit!

The decor is very 70's but that becomes it's charm, rooms are basic but clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and I had a thoroughly lovely time. Good size pool, and the beach is very close.
