Our hotel is situated in the district of Munich called LAIM just between "Schloß Nymphenburg", the castle of the former Bavarian King Ludwig II and the exhibition area. The city center of Munich can be reached comfortably in less than 7 minutes, using any of the modern public means of transportation. All rooms are very pleasently decorated and silent. Each room is furnished with great care and equipped with private shower, wc, plasma- TV and self-dialling telephone. OUR ALL YOU CAN EAT AMERICAN STYLE BREAKFAST BUFFET IS AVALABLE FROM 7h to 10h DAILY (costs 5 euro per preson) incl. tax. and service FREE W-LAN IN ALL ROOMS Free cancellation during OKTOBERFESTIVAL 22.09. - 05.10.2011 at least min. 10 days prior to arrival. otherwise a one night charge will appear. Parking possibilities within the same building are available for an additional daily fee.

Getting there:
The city center of Munich can be reached in less than 7 minutes , using any of the all modern public means of transportation.

Check-in Procedure:
The hotel reception is open till 22:00 hours - for arrivals after 22:00 hours guest must contact the hotel prior to arrival to arrange deposit of room key in a casino next to the hotel.

Car parking:
Car parking for 10,00 Euro per night possible.

Child Policy:
Children up to 3 years old ( incl.) can sleep free in the double room.

The room was tiny. It was very difficult to have 2 people with their suitcases fit in the room. the location, however, was convenient. The staff were very friendly.

Nice, clean and cheep hotel. Average breakfast. But very far away from center of Munich. Only by car or public transport (Tram station in front of hotel).

A freindly hotel with clean, quiet, comfy budget-style rooms. It looks a bit 1970's but its been maintained and cleaned well, so this isn't a negative.
