"This clean and friendly hotel offers a change from staying in the City centre, but it's only a short walk to the Metrolink for all those shopping opportunities or a night out. Manchester United signed shirts adorn the walls of the late bar, which also seemed to be servicing the locals. Curry house opposite is also a bonus!" - Gary Penketh
"This was a lovely clean hotel that is very reasonably priced. The room i was in was quite small, but as it was a single for one night this was not a problem. it was exactly what i needed.
i did not use the bar or restaurant so i cannot comment.
although the hotel was on a busy main road i did not hear any road traffic and is conviniently located for travel to Manchester City - i was traveling by car.

The Amblehurst is based in the centre of Sale, Cheshire local to many attractions to Manchester such as the Trafford Centre, City Centre, Lowry centre, Manchester United Football Club and Lancashire County Cricket Club etc
