Getting there:Travelling south from Brisbane airport approximately a 1 hour drive. Coming south down the Gold Coast Highway turn left at Wharf Road then second right into Old Burleigh Rd. at the roundabout and The Breakers is then approximately 500 metres along on the left. Travelling north from Coolangatta airport approximately 25 minutes drive. Driving north along the Gold Coast Highway turn right into First Avenue then second left into Old Burleigh Road and The Breakers is then approximately 100 metres along on the right.
Check-in Procedure:ARRIVAL PROCEDURE AFTER HOURS ONLY - Press on After Hours button on intercom panel at entrance to building. This will phone through to the after hours service - give your name as a late arrival and they will instruct you on entry procedure.
Car parking:Underground security parking.

Great beach front location. Our room had both sea and hinterland views. Good sized apartment.

2 Bedroom 3 Level townhouse style of accommodation.Ground level at the beachfront of the main tower. Ground level is the living/dining/kitchen/bathroom/laundry. The second level is the main bedroom with ensuite and balcony overlooking the ocean and the third/top level which is accessed by a ladder/stairs is the second bedroom with 4 single beds. No Schoolies
Cleanliness of accomodation could be alot better. Also being informed of the $100 cash bond required would be useful when booking, instead of finding out about it when we got there. Broadband connection in apartment was far too expensive.
Very good location, close to the beach and not far from the main centre. Rooms are basic but clean, tidy and very spacious.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, even had an ensuite. We had amazing views of the beach and enjoyed having it on our doorstep. The heated pool is a bonus as not all pools in Surfers are heated. The Breakers are located very close to many bus routes and only a 15 min easy walk to Cavill Ave. Lyn and her team are very friendly and we will definitely stay here again.
