Great area - walking distance from Queensway & Bayswater bus/train and steps from Hyde Park. We felt very safe walking around at any time of day and night. The hotel is modern and clean. The front desk staff was great - especially Santiago! Will stay here again in London.
Very good for being a London hotel, will stay there next time i visit.
Rooms are average for a London hotel, location close to Bayswater underground and shops. Disappointing at breakfast buffet 11 pounds per person for a few slices of cheese & meat , and cereal ,4 pounds extra for a cooked English breakfast of egg and bacon ,a rip off if you ask me. also tried to charge us for wireless internet which we never had a laptop ,taken off bill when we pointed out that wasn't our signature but same room number , apart from that hotel was ok
Well located hotel, with small but well appointed rooms.
The most expensive (not by much) of the hotels I stayed in in UK and Europe, but also the best value for money! Great location, very modern and new, helpful and friendly staff, and good sized rooms. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. Full marks to the Caesar!
Clean and smart. Don't expect to be swinging any cats around your room. If you need a cab then don't ask reception to get one as they call private cab company who are very expensive. Find your own black cab nearby.
It is a small hotel but it's very clean. It is not near the underground but it's near to hyde park. There are 2 undergrounds (Queensway and Bayswater) which is about 7 mins away from the hotel. If you have heavy luggages, the underground does not have lift nor escalators and you would have to lug all the way up or down.
I would definitely stay here again it is in a good location and the hotel is very modern. Very good for a city visit.
A very friendly hotel, with small but adequate rooms, and very neat. The hotel is around 10 minutes from Lancaster Gate - not bad really, but not great when it's raining!
It is a well appointed spot of luxury, just right for our first night in London on our honeymoon.
We got an upgrade and therefore the price for value was even better.
Very quiet position but close to bus routes into central London
good breakfast, toilet was not clean when I checked in, a)the door of the room did not close properly & need extra effort, (once it was left open) b)there was a 1,5 cm gap between the floor & the lower part of the door allowing light, air & sounds from the corridor & maybe a non-discreet eye to see inside the room without too much effort.
Great hotel, stay there every time I'm in London
Clean and modern with excellent service. Very good value
Very good buffet breakfast. Excellent location near Hyde park and walking distance to the museums and Albert Hall.
Very good hotel overall. But single rooms are very small and even if it is London, for this price you would expect a bit more. The service is 4 stars (meaning expensive restaurant, lots of extra) but the rooms feel cheap. It is very clean though. I would go back
the price did not include breakfast, booking in was very slow, the rooms were pretty basic
Very comfortable and relaxing hotel to complement the hectic days and evenings in the city. Prefered to take a taxi back to the hotel after a busy day as the walk from the tube was just a litle too far. Great spot for Hyde Park and Oxford Street.
Staff delightful. Reception/Public areas v.good. Everywhere v. clean. Breakfast good. Rooms small - double bed against wall - only one person can get out easily! TV only worked for about 2mins. Soft furnishings dowdy brown. Chipped bath. Disappointing once leave public areas.
