"Although the situation of this hotel is excellent, the service was not as expected of a five star hotel. The common areas were clean and well maintained. However, the room was not cleaned properly and we always had missing towels and bins which were not emptied. It took three days for reception to attend to our complaint that the TV was not working. Further, calls to reception and housekeeping were not answered. This aspect of the service left much to be desired. Indoor and outdoor pools as well as the views of the sea were lovely. Would recommend this hotel if service could be improved." - Anonymous
