"We found the Coronade was not as good as previous year when we stayed in October 2008, some of the staff not as helpful and took some time to organise our room. When asking for items from housekeeping seem to be a delay in getting the items e.g. towels etc. Washing came back with marks on a top, not previously there. Breakfast is cold each morning. The plus,the Hotel is situated, close to monorail and to numerous shopping centres. We will be staying some where else on our next visit. " - William Nichol
