The Country Club Hotel Dubai

After reading reviews on this hotel (after booking)I will admit to being slightly worried. Instead I was very surprised at the hotel. Staff during checkin were happy and very helpful, even though I was four hours early they managed to get me into the room. I had booked a deluxe room and the hotel upgraded me to a suite for no extra charge. Noise levels from the clubs were Ok but I was on the top floor. Food was average price for Dubai but large servings and well presented. Location is out of the way but good views of Dubai Dry Dock and all the 24hr activities that go on there. $2 cab ride to the night life in centre of town if you wish so who cares. All in all a very pleasant stay, I would definatly use this hotel again.

Hotel was ok, service was not helpful, food was overpriced. Wouldn't recommend.

very good hotel with good facilities and friendly staff

1. Very pleasant front desk staff and other staff 2. Location of the lifts is iappropriate as you have to go through narrow corridor, noisy (between the discos) full of smoke and kitchen cooking smell. 3. Very dirty room windows and very dusty window frames in the rooms. 4. The Direction of Qiblah (arrow indicating Makkah) in room is incorrect.

Good hotel for short stay.

only real problem we had was our room keycard, which consistently refuced to let us into our room.This was replaced on our last night there.

The staff at the desk was courteous and efficient. The service was good and I would recommend this hotel to others, and would also return there.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this hotel despite arriving there at 2.30 in the morning the desk staff were very courteous and soon had us in our room. We found the staff to be very helpful and the location was in easy reach of both the Town area and the Beaches. An ideal location for a first time visit to Dubai.
