This is the second time I have been to The Cranley Hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff are helpful, the rooms comfortable, the location delightful and highly accessible. I recommend it highly and I intend to return.
Very nice small hotel located in a quiet and smart district of South Kensington.
my room was a standard one but it was nearly GBP 200.00 a night and it was a small room in the ground floor with a tiny bathroom and shower, awful views to inner court with noisy machines. No amenities in the room, just tv and basic toiletries. The bed was good and breakfast too, but only room service, no restaurant service.
Nice and charming place to stay, far from the cold of the big hotels.
Very friendly (personal) service. We will certainly go back there the next time we visit London.

Unfortunately no fast internetconnection, so it would not be convenient for business stay. Service very friendly and personal. I highly recommend this hotel, especially when travelling for pleasure
