"Excellent location, only a short walk to the white house and transport. Very badly in need of a make over, elevator didn't work and the walls were extremely thin. Worthwhile if you're only spending a minimum amount of time at the hotel, though you won't get any sleep if you have noisy neighbours. " - Anonymous
"The lift/elevator was out of action for the duration of our stay and there was no hot water for a shower one of the days. The cleaning staff didn't always top up supplies. BUT reception staff outstandingly friendly and helpful. In all though, poor value compared to the new york hotel." - leon watson

"The first room we were given was very small. To make your way to the bathroom you'd have to move sideways. No closet or rack for the luggage. We asked at reception for a bigger room and were given one that had a bit more space. But still no room for bedside tables. Good breakfast, especially the waffle irons for fresh waffles." - Anonymous
