"Wonderful boutique hotel right off Orchard Rd. Just an easy 5-min stroll away from the heart of the action. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. Besides the usual coffee/tea-making facility, it had an additional espresso/capuccino machine which brewed delicious coffee! " - Kim Siong Tay
"Look its a great hotel and in a superb location 5 mins from orchard road the staff were great the check in and Out was superb and the poool is great " a little cold as no sun falls on it" all in all a great hotel for under 200 bucks and sometimes well under 200 i read reviews that were mixed but My experience was excellent the review re the GYM was acurate the gym is outside which would be fun but the equipment old and some out of use and the rest just rubbish change the equipment it will definately be a benefit overall excellent hotel" - jonathan sinar
"The Hotel is well situated at the heart of Orchard Rd, and have a good ambience around it. The problem is their cleanliness which they would need to keep up. There were lots of bits of paper and cotton buds on the passageway when we checked into the room, which I think is disgusting, but overall the room is spacious and comfortable enough. Lighting is not very good, and the room looks a little old and needs a new coat of paint. Other than that, their service is up there with the 5 star hotels. Overall rating - fair to good. Let down - cleanliness and old look about the hotel. Price is fair." - Bernard Au
"Having paid for an Executive Room with breakfast I was put in a less than average, very small room; after queuing over 20 minutes for the 'included' breakfast I was told it included only tea or coffee and everything else was extra. The gym/fitness facilities where outside in what could only be described as a back yard. The only thing the hotel is conveniently located to is the hospital. I do not recommend using this hotel." - Graham Watkinson
