"Lakes Entrance has awesome seafood and some great local wineries. We stayed in early spring so the weather was tempermental, but the indoor heated pool made it a great place to stay. Im surprised more hotels this far south in Australia dont have this sort of facility." - Anonymous

"The Esplanade Resort & Spa is a new hotel, appartment style, is an excellent place to stay. For the 4 days that we stayed there, the towels did not get changed and the appartment was not serviced. Two minor problems were: 1. The balcony venitian blind would stay up, 2.The balcony door could not be locked. Luckily we had an upstairs appartment, no one could climb in from the outside. There are also built-in lockable storage cabinets available in the car park, for storing push bikes and the likes, which we were not told of, but found out from a tenant. Apart from that, perfect!
