a bit small but quite clean room, great location. a little expansive for the services provided. the swimming to is just to small especially the indoor pool, and the spa did not work when we stayed there.

This hotel is in an excellent location. The parking is secure and there are many facalities such as tennis court, spa and swimming pool. The rooms are very clean.
Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor, facilities, location were A+. The service was very average and a little unwelcoming. We have stayed here many times so fortunately knew what was on offer so it didn't effect our stay. Customer service could be improved.
No milk or biscuitsa for the coffee, the ultimate in penny pinching Room A/C was noisy, window opened directly above the kitchen so bad smells! Tiny room

Lakes Entrance has awesome seafood and some great local wineries. We stayed in early spring so the weather was tempermental, but the indoor heated pool made it a great place to stay. Im surprised more hotels this far south in Australia dont have this sort of facility.
Overall a great place to stay. Facilities were good especially the indoor pool for the kids. The only dissapointment was the room service prices. Far too expensive for what it was.
The Esplanade Resort & Spa is a new hotel, appartment style, is an excellent place to stay. For the 4 days that we stayed there, the towels did not get changed and the appartment was not serviced. Two minor problems were: 1. The balcony venitian blind would stay up, 2.The balcony door could not be locked. Luckily we had an upstairs appartment, no one could climb in from the outside. There are also built-in lockable storage cabinets available in the car park, for storing push bikes and the likes, which we were not told of, but found out from a tenant. Apart from that, perfect!
great room with balcony and kitchen. two pools with one being heated, awesome being able to swim in october! day spa on site, had great massage.
