"Right at the end of the runway so expect noise from planes throughout the day and night! Tours from the hotel cost around 2 or 3 times what they cost in other hotels and the staff don't speak english." - Anonymous
"The hOtel is very near the airport, so it is very noisy. it is far from Chang Mai. You can not find public transpo as the hotel is in a remote location, so you are obliged to tke hotel transpo that is a little overcharged. We had to add 10% VAT on the price given by [website]. A warm family-run small Boutique Resort with beautiful teak cottages opened in April 2007. Set in colourful gardens with salt water swimming pool and wonderful sunset views across the rice fields and mountains beyond.
Living with nature with first class facilities only 10 minutes from Chiang Mai Airport.
Our friendly owner/managers are Thai/British partners and treat all our visitors as house guests. We grow our own organic vegetables and offer mouth watering Thai /Western cuisine, BBQs and Spa treatments. Many attractions including restaurants, golf courses and shopping are nearby.

One child under 12 may share their parent’s bed free of charge surchage breakfast 200 baht per person. Other children need an extra bed for which we charge 250 baht per night for children under 12 and for children 12 and over 500 baht a night including breakfast.
