Good vibe , nice place, feel of realrelaxation, and properly trying to be qs eco friendly as possible

Managed to get good low rates for my stay. Pleasant stay, location was quite secluded but not far from the shops and restaurants. Facilities were average, could be better improved with upgrade. Love the 'Go Green' effort by the hotel. Breakfast was average. Felt that I got a 3 star hotel with a 4 star hotel rate. Overall, had an enjoyable stay, but might not consider coming back if rates are not low.

Managed to get excellent hotel rates, much lower then other available booking sites. Reception was slightly slow, but otherwise very helpful. Requested for king bed and called a night before to confirm, however upon arrival only managed to get it after changing 3 rooms. Location very near to the airport & shops. Very quiet, good for relaxation. Feel that its a 3 star hotel with 4 star rate, but with good rates it was worth the trip.

We enjoyed our few days here and found everything to be more than adequate for our needs. If you are conscious about the environment this hotel is a 'green hotel' and leading the way in environmental / green practices in Langkawi (and it seems Malaysia)

The hotel is a work in progress with spa and gym. Some villas were being renovated during our stay in early July 2010. The pools and general gardens are well maintain, clean and tidy. The kids lived in the fresh and salt water pool. Our superior room was very spacious with a balcony and seaview. Daily room service with fresh towels & linen (if required) and bottled drinking water. The bathroom was a bit tired otherwise sufficient for a 3 star resort. Loved the beach front dining room -it was the best buffet breakfast with seacape view that just did it for me. As well as the massage on the beach...sooo calming and relaxing. She fixed my aching calves in 45mins. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It was a short walk to the main street in Cenang for the hugh variety of eateries and market stalls. This place is an eco resort recycling food scraps, plants and used water...bath & toilet! We would recommend this resort and would return the next time.

We were pleasantly surprise with the standard of this resort.The room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. Our room was serviced daily. It was beautiful to almost breakfast on the beach. We enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet. We spend a lot of time on the beach and in the pool. Loved the walk from beach to beach. The new gym and spa is a work in progress. Would definitely recommend this resort and will return again.

To avoid nosiy neighbours, better to stay in a single villa than joint villa. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay and near to shops and eating places.

Good location but service is bad, everybody seems to me are always not enough sleep and respond very slow. Breakfast are always the same and we can't eat anything but just eggs and bread.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly even though there may have been a slight language problem at times. The rooms and grounds were clean and, when wanting to go sightseeing, transport to and from the hotel by taxi is not a problem.

Best value for money in Langkawi. Would go back in a second.

Very nice quite resort. The escape from stress and rush of the big cities. I loved that.

Nice simple little rooms, some are being renovated & enlarged (new outside showers with slate walls & indoor gardens are nice in the beach front rooms) Very spacious grounds on almost private beach, view of the islands, lovely place. Various nice restaurants outside in nearby streets. But, service is very bad. I've stayed 7 (seven) times & not once have they greeted me or remembered. Even when I remind them they just giggle. Mistakes on every booking, slow & unfriendly checkin.checkout. Unhelpful front office staff, incompetent (untrained?) but very sweet waiters/waitresses. Only stay if you don't care about poor service.

The hotel could do with some repainting - which was in hand when we were there. The location is great right on th ebeach just 15 mins from the airport. Staff friendly and the restaurant was v good.

The beachfront units are lovely - and very beachfront!
