"NEVER AGAIN! Pictures on net are deceptive. FOYER average. ROOMS DISAPPOINTING. Lounge furniture in the suite covered in stains, no safe in the room. The carpet in the hallways was rotting at the edges. The service was lousy, and they didn't make up our room until after 2 p.m. and several requests. Our package included a hotel to airport transfer, but when we used it on arrival, we were charged, and told the transfer was only for return (which we didn't need). We had paid for a room for a conference, yet when people came to the reception during that time asking for us, they were not directed to the meeting, and were told that we were not there. So we lost potential business as well. We asked them to arrange for a data projector hire, and told them the cable had to be compatible with an AppleMac laptop. When they failed to do that, they made us pay an extra 1,500 INR to borrow their hotel laptop, so that we could show our presentation. I WOULD NOT recommend it to anyone!" - Anonymous
