"I would give them a 5 out of 5 for their facilities and services, and especially the friendliness of the staff. Having been on the road for almost 30 years - staying in all kinds of places from cheap motels to 5-star hotels, I would rate The Grand Bali Nusa Dua, as one of the top 5 hotels that I have stayed at, worldwide. The rooms were extremely spacious and well appointed, but the real shocker was the bathroom. I cannot remember ever staying in a hotel that had such a huge bathroom. It was bigger than rooms in a lot of places that I have stayed at. Really enjoyed the pools, the shower, and the bath-tub. My kudos to the all the staff that we interacted with - bell-boys, front-desk, and especially the restaurant staff Widia and Yuni.
