"They advertised 'Sky TV' but it was only provided in a rowdy bar or dining area. The hot water ran out or stopped for some reason at 10pm and we did not discover this until we tried to have a shower in the morning. Why was it not fixed?, or why did the management not deliver a little note under the door explaining the problem. When asked for some compensation for the inconvenience, nothing was forthcoming. "I have never seen such a dirty hotel in all my life, we checked out immediatlety after checking in after we noticed a horrible smell in the room and saw the stained bed cover. There was even a notice saying we couldn't plug the TV and kettle in at the same time because it would trip the fuse - the whole building needed gutting and starting again." - Anonymous
