Hotel description:    Centrally located in the heart of fashionable Glebe and adjacent to Darling Harbour and the City, The Haven Inn offers a wide choice of newly refurbished and fully serviced rooms.With easy access to transport including trams and buses at the door, Sydney is at your doorstep, with the City Centre 1 KM away.

All superior rooms are fully airconditioned with desks, well-appointed seating, flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, electronic safe and new bathrooms. A current DVD library is available.

The minimum superior room is a generous 25 sq mts opening onto a balcony with pleasant views over the local area and the unique federation style architecture. Some rooms have spectacular Bridge and City views.

An internet kiosk is located in the foyer and there is also high speed broadband connected to all rooms.

Discover the fascinating local area, stroll along the harbours edge or wander along tree lined Glebe Point Road, visit the many cafes and restaurants, antique, music & bookstores, cinemas,the famous Glebe markets & the historic sandstone campus of Sydney University.

Sydneys world renowned fishmarket is also a very short walk away.

Getting there: Glebe Point Road runs off Broadway (George Street)- which is the main street that runs through the centre of Sydney City.

The Haven is located 1.5 km south of the Sydney city CBD and 1km south from Darling Harbour and Chinatown and .5 km north from Sydney University and 7km north west from Sydney Airport.

A taxi from the airport is approximately $20 and the airport bus also operates a service to the hotel.

The new light rail/tram service departs Central Railway then Capital Theatre then Entertainment Centre then Darling Harbour then Star City then Fish Markets then Glebe.

Buses 431,433 or 434 travel directly to and from the hotel to all points in the city area inc the Opera House.

From Central Railway about 5 minutes drive, we would suggest a taxi, light rail or buses 431 or 433, 434 right to the door.

Check-in Procedure: Check-in time is 2 pm. If your room is available before 2pm you are welcome to check-in early. Otherwise, we will gladly hold your luggage in our baggage store.
Car parking: Undercover secure parking is available for $15 per car per night. Drive directly into the car park at the rear of the hotel and park in any space and then proceed to reception.
Child Policy: Children under 18 years using existing bedding incur NO extra charge.

Rollaway beds are available for an extra $25.00 per night.

Children enjoy the heated swimming pool and every room has its own DVD - with a large selection of childrens movies available.

A playground is located directly opposite the hotel.

By prebooking breakfast the price is reduced to only $7.50 per person.
