The Heritage Baan Silom Boutique Hotel Bangkok

This is a wonderful find, we stayed one night after arriving on a late flight from Sydney and on route to Hua Hin. The room was welcoming, clean and attention had been given to detail that made us feel we were staying in a hotel where guests are valued. Breakfast the next morning was served in a nicely set, bright room and offered a choice of continental, thai and fresh fruit. The sky train is with-in easy walking distance. We will certainly stay again on our next visit to Bangkok.

10s times here. Last time 6 nights in Deluxe room (thanks for the upgrade ) room is so clean. close to 7-11. easy to catch a taxi.

location is good but some of staff are not friendly, too busy playing game with computer, there is no lift in the hotel so it's hard for older people like us to stay on the level 3, we asked for lower level but didn't get it

A very tastefully designed room. Free internet connections in rooms. Very friendly and approachable staffs at reception area. Certainly worth for value. Would gladly stay there again! Location wise is just along the main road making it really easy access to taxis. Flaws- No Elevators

My daughter, her friend and I were so impressed with the services in this Heritage Baan Silom Boutique Hotel, the staff are so friendly, helpful and manner. Only one thing which would like to share is the hotel management should make the hotel entrance sign bigger as we did not arrive until late evening and we could not see the sign at the front entrance at first sight.

Good location for skytrain and ferry stops and helpful service from staff. Room was a good size and the bathroom was great. Would stay here again.

The hotel is quaint with two sections so make sure you request the main/back section otherwise you will be put in the front annex and it is noisy because it is very close to the main Silom Road.

a great character boutique hotel, which is reasonably priced and well located in Bangkok. Naturally it does not have the full range of services or facilities that a major chain hotel would have, but it more than makes up for this with its charm and character. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel location is a bit of distance from BTS (Skytrain) station, hence need to take taxi most of the time. Breakfast is quite basic, minimal choices. Room was ok, just that the white color furniture was not well maintain, hence can see stains on tables, wardrobe etc. Hot water in the bathroom was not consistent, have to keep adjusting the mixture of cold and hot water. There is only 1 computer for free internet use at the lobby. Overall, service is good.

Highly recommended. On the fringe to Silom and yet walkable...

very good value for the money. free in room, wifi & cable TV in quaint, spacious rooms. i'll definitely stay there again!

everthing are okay, but water supply were not satisfied, sometime too cold sometime too hot, waste my time & waste a lot of water

Wen we reach at 10plus in e mornin we were told tt no rms avail. for us to check in yet which is lyk wat the.coz both of us were so tired n we nid to tk a shower to refresh ourselves.tts a miuns pt. When we gt our rm we were quite happy wif it coz its so clean.High ceiling wif ceiling fan n most imptly is clean n spacious to our surprise! Plus pt for tt.N e toilet is spacious too wif 2 types of shower.Hsekeepin is gd n efficient in makin up our room. Staffs r friendly n helpful.Esp e staff name golfy(male) n e other plumb guy which we din get his name.E only major minus point is e breakfast. Super lil variety n it starts at 6.30am - 10.30am. So by e time we gt dere to eat at abt 9.30am dere's lyk sparing food left. Quite convenient to bts Chong Nonsi abt 10min walk.Overall is a nice hotel bt e bed is quite hard. yet to our surprise we dun get backaches e next day wen we woke up.i'll definitely stay there again e next time i go bkk...

the location is good, but the price is much higher than it is. at same price, there are many better hotels in bangkok. especially the breakfast was not good.

Overall for this hotel is fine. Location is consider good but it is a little bit far from Skytrain station, about 10 minutes. During my stay, I did not go to the Skytrain station but to take taxi. Distance from hotel to Siam Square where all the shopping malls at is not far, about 50-60 baht taxi fare. I was very frustrated on first night of my stay because the Starbucks restaurant located beside the hotel is doing some renovation and we were disturb by the drilling sound. Myself and other room customers are complaining to the reception on phone but they did not take any action. After that we went to the reception and make a complain, then they went to check with the Starbucks restaurant and stop the renovation after 5 minutes.

Good value for money except for having to use the stairs. A bit of a walking distance to the sky train.
