The Heritage Hotel Manila

Great stay, but the internet is not worth 600p a day. This hotel is better than most in Manila.

the hotel was nice, saff was great, but I gave it a 3 for several reasons.one is there is no directory in the room showing the hotel amenities or services or menus describing the food. the other reason was the rooms cleanliness can be better. dirty smedges on the night tables n walls, can be improved. hotel car to airport more expenive than taxi

The staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Great location and there was a free shuttle to MOA. Pool not too large compared to others but large enough for us since we were the only one who used it at the time of our stay. Internet access was very expensive. :) Overall, good value for the amount spent and will recommend to others.

Excellant hotel with good Asian food and facilities. Close to the airport and a 5 minute taxi ride to the Mall of Asia.

I am satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

Just had a one night stay. Very nice place. Watch out for the Airport Shuttle PHP700 one way where as a taxi is only approximately PHP150. Hotel had us down for twin beds where as our confirmation said 1 double.

It is very commendable and the location is great. The staff were very efficient and professional. Very clean and will certainly refer to friends.

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Internet very expensive and not always available. Air conditioning too cold and not adjustable. Seemed to be a shortage of towels as were not replenished until afternoons.

Clean Hotel with everything we wanted. Close to Mall of Asia and other places.One of the best hotels i have stayed at in the Philippines.Will definatley stay there again.A little bit pricey but that would be my only cmplaint.

Very Clean and excellant Service

I was very disappointed with the quality of Room Service. The food was average but the utensils were poor. The Plates used for the maincourse were different design. No Glass of Water was brought with the meal. No salt or pepper shakers were brought, instead the salt and pepper was given in little paper satches. I completed a Hotel questionnaire for Heriage management outlining my complaint. COMPARED WITH THE QUALITY OF ROOM MEALS AND UTENSILS OFFERED BY SOFITEL PHILIIPINE PLAZA, it was very poor. ALSO, IN MY OPINION, BEACUSE OF THE FURNITURE AND OLD BATHROOM EQUIPMENT IT COSNIDER THE HOTEL TO BE ***+ iT CERTAINLY IS NOT 5 STAR QUALITY

The heritage is advertised as being refurbished,but the rooms are still very old.The breakfast is quite good.It should be rated as a four star not a five star.

Really like the Hotel, have stayed before. Just one negative being that we asked for a non smoking room, but the smoke is still in our clothing and belongings after returning home. My guess is the rooms have been used for smoking in the past and its there forever. Perhaps we should have asked for another room? Great Hotel and so close to airport, Mall of Asia and LRT/MRT

Requested a non smoking room but was alloocated a smoking. Smelled of used smoke.

The Heritage Hotel is convenient for the Airport and for the Mall of Asia; unfortunately, it's situated on a major crossroads and the rooms (at least those at the front of the hotel) are quite noisy. If there is any soundproofing or double-glazing, it doesn't work; all night long we could hear the roar of traffic. This cannot be said to be one of the problems of staying in any Manila hotel, as we also stayed at the Bayview - also on a main road - that was much quieter. On the positive side, very comfortable bed, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff (like all hospitality workers we met in the Philippines) were very willing and helpful. I think the Heritage is over-priced for what it offers.

Can easily find better value for your money. Clean enough for high end hotel, staff helpful and willing to accommodate reasonable requests.

We were quite pleased with the hotel and would definitely stay there again in the future.

It is a good choice for the traveller who just transfer in Manila

Excellent staff ! Comfortable,safe hotel minutes from Mall of Asia (FREE shutttle !) and airport. My one complaint : They need to soundproof the rooms. Despite being on the 6th floor, the noise from the street below was so loud. Seemed as if I had my window open. If you need silence to sleep, this will be a problem. That is my only complaint. Overall a good place to stay.
