The Heritage Hotels Sathorn

Hi [Website], We are seasoned travellers but my wife nearly had heart failure on viewing the hotel, thats when the taxi driver finally found the property. You get what you pay for. The hotel is located in a back lane about 500 meters off Sathorn Road and would be more suited to singles and backpackers on a tight budget as its not family orientated. The staff were very friendly and tried to please. The glossy pictures do not give a true representation. The closest transport (BRT) is 20 minutes walk and no cover when raining. For $20.00 extra there are better properties available on the [website] website.

Big room and more space, quite clean, good price but far from shopping mall

Room is big. It is at the quiet corner of Bangkok. 10 mins walk to BTS station. For the price, it is a good deal. But if the purpose for the stay is for shopping, then it is not a good location

I like the small, family run aspect of this Hotel. Comfortable at a decent price. The only issue I had was that it was somewhat hard to find and a bit of a walk to the BTS (about 5-10 minutes).

There are some caution notes: The first room I received the air conditioning did not work. However, they quickly gave me another room . The location is the problem. Taxi drivers cannot find it. It is back a small street and AROUND THE CORNER from the Assumption College about 50 meters. This is an apartment hotel. THe hot water and water pressure were not so hot.

rooms are quite attractive and clean (stinky bathrooms though) - considering the price - website photos relatively accurate. However the hotel is located in a small side street about 5 minute walk from the main road, its a bit out of the way. About 10 minutes from the closest skytrain station so thats handy.

In quiet area, with very good food nearby! Had a good deal on [your website], but the normal price is too much I think. The room was spacy, with a kitchen in it.

We like it very much, nice room with stylish design. The lighting in the room is too romantic, till we can't read books. The location map provided online is not user-friendly. We misled by the generalization of the map without the detail street road.

Hello, A very good hotel, just one thing. This website gives you the price you have to pay in USD. Therefore I took USD with me. The hotel doesn't accept USD and convert the USD with a very bad exchange rate into Thai bath that you have to pay.

super hotel, un peu en retrait des endroits trops touristiques (et donc du harcelement) et en meme temps hyper proche de tout grace au sky train situé a 5mn, hotel calme et detendu , chambres super zen, personel hyper serviable et gentil (i'm very happy by my one week in this very nice,charming and calm hotel very close of the sky train station to visit the city)

You got what you paid for,very reasonable price. Bath room need to be more clean tho. I would give them 8/10

Very pleasant surprise once we found it! A tip for future travellers - copy down the FULL address and phone number (not on website) as our taxi driver couldn't find it! It is not on a main road, which suited us because it meant it was very quiet with no road noise. Perhaps their will be a map on their website in the near future which would be really helpfull. Bangkoks a big city! Excellent room - huge! Beautiful king size bed, Tv, air con, fridge, good security, balcony, large clean bathroom. Would definitely stay here again (and we travel to Europe every year) - great value for money. Lovely friendly staff and only too happy to assist with any matters.

Rooms are very large though mine wasn't especially light. Always was very clean and staff extremely helpful. Seems to be family run and they look after their guests, I felt very welcomed as a single female traveller which was nice. Their website makes this place flasher than it looks though. I paid a highly discounted rate and think it wouldn't be good value if you paid normal rate. About 5 - 10 minutes walk to the MRT so easy to get to the river and Siam Sq shopping. Not really many places around to eat nearby but a 7 -11 on the corner and a large fridge in the room to keep juices, breakfast items.
