"Although described as a Grand Hotel it is in desperate need of updating. Our room had frosted glass windows because the view was not good and made it very dull. The bathroom window had tissues stuffed around it to stop drafts and the bath was discoloured. The hallways are dull. The staff are very helpful and professional.
