The Krystal Suites, Penang is a Business Class hotel, strategically located, annexed to the Krystal Point Corporate Park, Bayan Baru. It features 86 units of suites comprising of 42 of One-Bedroom Suite and 44 of Two-Bedroom Suites. All the suites are spacious within size of 950 sq/ft of each build-up area of each suite, multifunctional and offer a home away from home. Each suite has a kitchenette, dining area, study table, sitting lounge and separate bedrooms. All suite rooms at The Krystal Suites Penang are installed with the complimentary unlimited Broadband Internet Access Facility ( Guest need to bring own laptop and network cable). The suites are also fully equipped with a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, ASTRO satellite TV channels and mini fridge. Other facilities are swimming pool and also gymnasium.

Getting there:
The hotel is only 10 minutes from the Penang Bridge and Penang International Airport. It lies in the heart of the Bayan Lepas which makes it a convenience place to stay as it provides easy access to Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, PISA, Queensbay Mall, Bukit Jambul Complex and University Sains Malaysia.

Check-in Procedure:
The check-in time at 2pm onwards and check-out time at 12noon. Unlimited complimentary broadband internet access. ( Please bring own laptop and network cable for free internet access )

Car parking:
01 complimentary car park for each suite. Additional car park will be chargeable.

Child Policy:
Children under the age of 12 years old are free of charge when using existing bedding. Extra bed is charged at RM40nett/room/night ( subject to availability upon check in ).

when we reached the hotel we were informed that we can't use the swimming pool due to maintenace which was disappointing as I booked a hotel on the bases that we would use it on a daily bases and they did not even bother to email me before hand although they knew that they needed to fix things around long time before our holiday

Currently transportations is poor if personnal transport. Shower handle support need to be change. Staff very helpful and friendly.
