The Landmark was just FAB.If i was to say 1 negative it was no tea making in the room.I did know this before i went and did not think i would mind-But i did want a cuppa in the morning when i woke up.The other thing was the hotel gave me a upgrade due to me having 2new hips which gave us 2seperate beds which i needed a bed to myself. The EXEC.PA.HELEN was just wonderful with all her help.I will be back.

Outstanding.... Location, room size, service, staff, etc....
The Landmark is a nice hotel. The hotel's back entrance is directly across from the Marylebone tube/rail station, very convenient. There is a doorman at both the front and back entrances. It's very easy to get around London riding the tube/rail. Taxi will cost about 65 GBP each way getting from and to the Heathrow airport (around $200 USD round trip).
We really enjoyed the hotel, but were blown over by the extra costs involved in staying at this hotel. A continental breakfast was equal to $40.00 US - seems a bit much for coffee, fruit, and breads. There was an hourly usage charge for the gym equal to @ $18.00US, and a daily wireless charge of @ $30.00 US for each 24hr period, even if you only went on line for 10 min. However is was wonderful having the Tube at your backdoor, good restaurants in the area, lovely rooms, and very helpful staff. E
The Landmark was a wonderful hotel. It definately is a five star hotel. A bit pricy but worth it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room we had was a deluxe with a king bed very big and very nice marble bathroom with seperate shower and bathtub. It's right across from the tube station which you can get anywhere from there. We had a wonderful vacation would definately stay there again.
We had booked a Deluxe room with King bed, but when we checked in, we were told they only had a room with two double beds. After insisting they find a room with King bed, we had to wait more than an hour before one could be found. In the meantime, we decided to have breakfast. Scrambled eggs and coffee for two cost us £45.....or the equivalent of $78! Outrageous.
The hotel is so much more better than I expected at such a price! It's just at the Marylebone Rail and underground station, just across a small lane. The room is decorated in typical English style, very spacious and clean. The services are marvellous. They even brought a table when I ordered food in room.
An excellent stay at an excellent hotel ~ well deserved reputation. Upgraded on arrival to what was probably the quietest most comfortable hotel rooms we have ever stayed in ( and there have been plenty ) Location with London Underground access at Marylebone station so convenient. Staff very attentive. Will return again gladly.
Amazing hotel with impeccable service. The Winter Garden is incredible with its glass roof, and the Mirror Bar is lovely. I could not fault this hotel or the service received.
impressive hall, excellent location, service average, overpriced breakfast (21 pounds for continental breakfast and 28 pounds full with eggs ), usage of pool and fitness extra 15 pounds per person per day
Probably the best London hotel, and we keep comming back. Large, luxurious rooms, a dressing room, walk in closet, separate shower, bathtub and a double set of was basins. Magnificent breakfast buffet and a very good à la carte on the side. This tempted us to reserve almost two hours for breakfast in the lovely lobby. Ah - of course they can expect us back!
A grande dame of London hotels and handy for Oxford Street as wellas Marylebone. Pleasant rooms tho most likely you will be in the new annexe at the back..so quite a walk and pretty much anywhere type de luxe room on landing. Nice spa and best London hotel breakfast I have had...do NOT be tempted to ask non-residents to join you for breakfast..their share would need a mortgage. If cost is no concern, tuck in all round.
The hotel was gorgeous, the whole place was clean, the staff were very polite and helpful. The Landmark hotel is one of the best hotels iv stayed in and will defiantly stay there again.
lovely big hotel and fantasic service
Traditional hotel with very helpful staff.Rooms very clean and spacious with lovely compfy beds!.Restaurant looked a bit over the top...not sure about those Palm Trees!. Visited the spa which is nice if not a bit small.Changing rooms very oddly laid out making it very difficult to access lockers etc if there are a few people there at once.Facilities are good however, there are not enough beds for relaxing by the pool.Lunch at the Spa was nice but we had to wait over an hour to get it which meant eating very close to treatment times.Real big downside to the spa was that even though I booked 4 rooms at the hotel they still made me pay £10 to use the pool etc as I had not booked a treatment which made me feel a bit ripped off.Overall a very nice stay just a shame that they make certain extras so expensive. If you want a cuppa first thing you'll have to order from room service and pay £5! After paying so much for a room this was quite annoying.
I enjoyed so much this classy hotel.I stayed for one day only but every thing I have seen was so clean and every person I met was so nice ,helpful and friendly. I had the champign brunch and it was outstanding.I am frequent travelers arround the globe and I can say with confiedance 'It is the best hotel I have been too'.
Well, if it is 5* plus accomodation you are looking for then this is the hotel. I booked 24 hours prior to a 2 night weekend break and the deal for one of the top rooms was excellent. If you like to pamper either yourself or your partner this is the place to stay.
Very relaxing and peaceful. Staff all excellent, nothing was too much trouble.
Very good room overlooking the inside of the hotel. Very relaxing stay. Extras are expensive as you would expect!
