Nice place but this is not a 5 star hotel. More a 3 to 4 rating.
The staff were awesome and the chocolates on the pillow every night were such a treat!

Great Location, Great Staff. Rooms are showing their age....
Excellent Hotel. Service was impeccable, king room was good size and very comfortable. Location was good with most everything within walking distance including restaurants, North End, Freedom Trail, Quincy Market, Fanuiel Hall, Boston Commons, etc. Service at Bond Lounge is only complaint as one night waiter was slow and not very responsive.
They treat you like royalty here and go the extra mile to make sure that you have a great experience. The Langham is perfectly situated to walk to any area close to downtown within 10 to 15 minutes. The workout facility was super nice and uncrowded. Great July 4th week vacation.
This Hotel was one of nicest hotels I ever stayed at. All the emplyees made my stay delightfull. This is one Hotel that i will definitly go back to.
Hotel was very accommodating and upgraded our room upon request. It was raining and hotel provided umbrellas to guests. We mainly did sightseeing andvisited family. We would stay at hotel again. [...]
Overall, great place - excellent room, hotel staff, location, and bar.
We walked to Quincy Market, did some shopping, had dinner in a fabulous restaurant. This trip was outstanding!
Great location for historical Boston. We were able to walk to many locations (we like to walk) - took a tour first. The Langham provided great service and excellent facilities and amenities. Went to a Red Sox game which was fantastic - Fenway Park has great history also.
Fantastic Bar at this hotel and hotel the hotel in general is of a very high stanard. Only negative is the cost of wireless Internet. Otherwise very nice stay.
Staff were very friendly and helpful - happy to give advice and assistance and all times. The room was very compfortable and clean. The location quiet but with easy access to other areas of the city. If we had any complaints it would be that the two main eating/drinking areas in the hotel, the Cafe Flueri and Bond Restaurnat & lounge, were always booked for outside events which left nowhere quiet for hotel guests to eat and enjoy a quiet drink in the hotel.
The room was spacious and looked onto a park Good walking distance to th quays and historic part of city
A pretty good hotel in the financial district - good staff and facilities
All staff were very professional as well as pleasant and helpful. In particular a young lady named Heidi was very helpful in working with me on my reservation.
Best hotel I have stayed in for a very long time. Staff were superb--especially the concierge. I thoroughly recommend the Sunday brunch.
We have had a pleasant stay with Langham hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They sent an engineer to fix the air-conditioner in our room immediately after we have made our complaint. The hotel has also a good location; it is within walking distance to several of sightseeing spots in Boston or to the subway station. Yet, we had to pay for breakfast in the hotel. We're just wondering if that happens to most of the five-star hotels in the United States or is it because the price we paid didn't include free continental breakfast? But generally speaking, this is a great and luxury hotel to stay.
Great location. Very clean. Would go back.
Very clean and luxurious hotel, but service a bit rude. Bad service is something I have noticed many times before in *****-hotels, if booked via [your website], or something similar. Maybe that is because those customers "don´t belong there", or at least they think so... I stay very often in great hotels, but when my employer pays the bill, the service is also different...
Nice hotel, friendly staffs. We were pretty happy with the room which was on the 9th floor (the highest). Swimming pool only allows 3 persons at one time. The whirlpool is good. Do check your bill, as I was slightly overcharged since there was a confusion between the Hotel and [your website]. Overall, a pretty good hotel.
