From beginning to end, we enjoyed a 5* experience! The hotel is visually beautiful. We came during the holidays and the decorations were stunning. The rooms, newly renovated were classic, elegant and extremely comfortable. The linens were luxurious and the service was impeccable. Turndown service every morning with slippers and water at the beside and a replenishment of fresh fruit that we enjoyed for breakfast. The business center was very convenient and well equipped. The concierge was extremely helpful in working with us to resolve our cancelled flights due to the impending stike. Finally, the location is excellent. Just a 5 minute walk from the Oxford Circus line, steps from Regent Street and Oxford Street's beautiful holiday lights and bustling shopping but just around the corner - so as to enjoy the quiet elegance of the hotel.
Perfect - we were well taken care of, made good use of the concierge, and the location was PERFECT for getting back from anywhere in the city, and walking out to all the shops.
I absolutely loved staying at the Langham at Portland place. Location is superb and all facilities at the hotel are great. The afternoon tea is an institution and should be booked ahead to avoid disappointment. I cannnot recommend this Hotel highly enough!! Beds are amazingly comfortable too. I Loved it.
Until early 2009 Hotel undergoing refurbishment which does impact on experience. Great location,Great service but somewhat expensive.
To find that a full English breakfast with coffee & fresh orange juice was £37 extra per person was a shock as the hotel isn't exactly cheap in the first place
Pleasant, if formulaic five star off Oxford/Regent Street and adjacent to the Beeb. Very grand entrance befitting London's first grand hotel and the public areas are lovely. Rooms could be anywhere but pleasantly furnished if anonymous. Quiet hotel midst the city and the gym pool/complex is a welcome retreat.Helpful staff.
We enjoyed our stay at the Langham. Its location was perfect. Service Excellent.
A delight from start to finish
Top hotel and fantastic value if you search around for the best deal. Watch out for car parking charges.

beautifly designed and furnished and more important well looked after. the staff courteous and friendly without being familiar. to sum it all up a very well run hotel. we shall return.
It was what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. Very good location for shopaholics, near the tube, excellent service by the staff. If I could afford it, I'd stay at Langham again!
Wonderful hotel, can highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Location superb, very close to Oxford Circus Underground - can't get much better.
Superb Hotel which is very central and within walking distance of shopping, theatres etc. We were very kindly upgraded to a Suite and were most impressed with the room we stayed in.
Beautiful hotel in a great location with obliging staff. Definite return visit. Amazing rates for 5*.
Excellent value for money. Very good service.
Large rooms, midday checkout, helpful staff, quality food and beverages.
The Langham is very good, I think nobody will be disappointed.
The hotel is excelent in terms of Location, Service, Facilities and Cleanliness. I have stayed in many hotels around london and this one is the best. The only problem is that the room I stayed in was too small. But for the price I paid it was worth it. Regards...Nabeel.
